Sarah Austin, Founder & CEO

Sarah grew up and attended university in Lincoln, NE. Sarah began her culinary interests after marriage and starting a family, and has over 20 years of food experience. Sarah believes that every meal is a story, a memory, and an expression of love. Family is her heart, and food is her canvas; believing every prepared meal is a gesture of love and well-being.

As a visionary entrepreneur, Sarah co-founded and grew a successful Southern California mortgage company. With a history of being a top performer in sales, having been a National Sales Director for a global firm, along with years of leadership and management experience. In her free time, Sarah enjoys time with her family and friends, reading, running, and advocating for the Endometriosis Foundation.

Chris Kline, Chief Operations & Customer Officer

Chef Kline grew up outside of Chicago, starting his culinary career at the young age of 14, working in kitchens throughout grade school. He attended Eastern Illinois University for his undergraduate focusing on Foods in Business and soon graduated with honors from Kendall College’s Culinary Arts Program. Chef Kline’s culinary path took him back to his strength – the manufacturing side. He has worked for companies such as SkyChefs, Pepperidge Farms, Cargill, Sara Lee, Hillshire Brands, and Tyson Foods.

With over 36 years of food experience, Chef Kline sold and supported thousands of launches, and personally developed over 150+ products across the globe. There is even a good chance that if you have eaten out in the past 25 years, you might have had one of his products. Chef Kline’s two culinary highlights are being invited to participate at the James Beard House with Niche Restaurant, and being a part of The Scratch Pantry.
